Allergy!
I just got a call from Dr. Wilson who confirmed Odin's allergies to soy, wheat, and likely dairy. We've already been keeping him off soy and dairy but wheat is going to be a bit of a stretch. Odin's school is already doing all three and we'll just have to be really good about it for the next 5-6 weeks until his follow-up appointment.

I think Odin should go on the Atkins diet. :) If he can't have soy, wheat, or dairy, you need a good book on balancing proteins with legumes and other grains. I've got a good cookbook on that subject, when's a good time for us to visit or for you guys to come up here?
