Freya's hair (as you might be able to tell from the pictures) has gotten really long, and almost completely blocks her vision, so we've been trying to get her to wear hair-ties of some kind or another. She's gotten really verbose, and she always wants privacy when she's going to the bathroom.
Odin's birthday is tomorrow! 4 years old, and still nothing can stop him. Right now, since the weather is getting a little better, we're trying to convince him to be okay with short-sleeved shirts (which he's barely worn since he was old enough to decide on his own).
We finally got our passports in the mail, so we're heading up to Canada for a few days in the middle of April. We're gonna check out the city and look into what life will be like up there.
The first week of Spring term is over. It's presenting some challenges and some pleasures, but it's working. Technically I finished my degree last term, but I'm still in classes this term. My degree audit says "completed" but I'm still around. I apparently made the Dean's List last term (4.0 GPA and 15+ credits) which is interesting, but not exciting since I don't know the significance.
Alyssa has been commissioned for a work by the former Dean of the Music School for her class on music in culture. She's says she's going to have a lot of fun with it, and she's even getting paid! It's a rush job, but it will be fun.
